Stakeholder Engagement & Research
Stakeholder-informed research is a cornerstone of much of our work. We offer stakeholder engagement and research services to organizations who need an external partner to identify their place within a complex sector, analyze a pressing strategic question, or transform layers of stakeholder feedback into meaningful insights and data-informed recommendations. Services include:
One-on-one interviews, surveys, and focus groups
Stakeholder engagement reports, including key points of consensus and divergence and next-step recommendations
Landscape assessments of competitors, peer organizations, and/or potential funders

Customized Strategic Planning

Leadership Retreats
We facilitate high-impact leadership retreats designed to uncover shared answers to your organization’s most pressing questions and to align and inspire your team around clear, measurable goals. These sessions can also include the development of full or partial strategic plans, depending on your needs.
Earned Revenue Strategy
We develop comprehensive earned revenue plans for your organization to deploy, including:

You’re busy addressing your organization’s most pressing issues. You need time, space, and a sounding board that empowers you to dream big—or zero in on a thorny problem—and move forward with renewed energy and clarified vision.
One-On-One Coaching
Our team works with you to identify your specific needs, priorities, and timeline. We offer single sessions and ongoing support. Our most common offering is a series of monthly coaching sessions lasting up to 6 months.
Half-Day Vision Intensives
Vision intensives are for individuals who need a thought partner to accelerate progress on one or two priorities that have been stuck on your to-do list. We provide the time, space, and external perspective you need to work through a defined challenge in a short period of time.
Program Design
Our team works with organizations to design, test, and launch new programs. Examples include designing a new internship or piloting a community grant. Our goal is to add capacity and expertise to your team so that you are equipped to launch and manage a sustainable, high-impact new initiative.
Tactical Coaching
We provide real-time tactical feedback as you are doing the work in the field. Examples include working with you on a strategic plan presentation to your board or a change management strategy for a shift in your organization. Our goal is to help you strategically communicate and champion your ambitious initiatives in ways that ensure their success.
