Process
Zadie & Co. designed and facilitated a dynamic planning retreat where board members worked together to ask transformative questions, clarify their mission, and commit to bold goals. Before and after the retreat, we provided coaching to RRR’s leadership as they prepared to lead the organization into a new chapter.
Challenge
Roundup River Ranch, a member of Paul Newman’s SeriousFun Children’s Network, offers camp programs for children with serious illnesses. RRR was navigating the complexities of staff engagement and evolving camp programming in a post-pandemic environment. They wanted a thought partner to help them craft a strategic plan that would rally their team around their mission and embed the science of hope into their culture and strategy.
